The e-Spreader is controlled from a SAM screen in your tractor cab, and the floor is driven hydraulically, allowing you to easily and accurately set your spread rate.
The SAM e-Spreader is easy to calibrate and every e-Spreader has integrated load cells. This is the only way to get true accuracy because you are monitoring your product loss as you go. This technology means the correct application rate is applied regardless of changes in forward speed.
The ISOBUS gateway unlocks GPS speed from the tractor network, allowing basic sectional control, headland control, and full variable rate control.
It also integrates easily with third party GPS systems such as GreenStar, Topcon, and Trimble. So if you are already using a third party tracking system, you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Coating
All SAM Spreaders have seen an evolution of painting procedure which greatly improves corrosion protection. Firstly a blast then a thermal-arc spray, followed by the SAM coating difference. Its mega tough stuff!

Spinner motors
Stainless discs, under-mounted hydraulic spinner motors and incorporated lifetime bearings.

Border control & bulk unloading
Extra functions are included as standard, control on both sides. Border control reduces spinner speed on the relevant disc which decreases spread width. This is helpful for spreading beside fence lines and waterways. Bulk unloading unloads excess fertiliser in a pile.

Protection and durability
Well considered design ensures all hydraulic fittings are moved away from fertiliser contact areas, while the hydraulic block has been enclosed in a cabinet for maximum protection. Hydraulic lines are housed inside and are well hidden with stainless steel isolators for added corrosion protection.
